CLARETIAN FAMILY GATHERING

3RD CLARETIAN FAMILY DAY GATHERING

WELULI - ATAMBUA

INDONESIA




On October 25 to 26 we had our gathering. The participants were the Cmf , RMI, MC + AMC ( claretian youth ).   Among the delegate.present with us was  no other than the Delegate Superior of East Timor - Indonesia. The two- day gathering was made possible the approval of Claretian Family Logo, the core values (C-care F- form   D -Develope), the General theme ” BECOMING RADIANT WITNESSES OF THE LOVE OF GOD " . The updates on the upcoming AEYG +CF to be held in Dili and the members of the committee and to solicit suggestions. 


More than what we had planned was our joy and strength to be together. we listen to each other’s life and mission   experiences and in a special way we got in touched with the life and mission of the Missionary sisters of St. Anthony Claret in Weluli. We took time to go for an excursion up the hill there we breath in fresh air and enjoy tremendously the panorama. The Holy Rosary was prayed on top of the hill and end with words of gratitude from the chairperson fr. Seles CMF.   After dinner we had our solidarity night.  



The 27th, we are gathered to join in the thanksgiving celebration of Sr. Joana, MC   on her 25th silver jubilee in Religious life and the renewal of vows of a junior. We thank God for his great Love lavishly bestowed upon sr. Joana for her faithfulness and dedication. Lunch was served, and short presentation followed.




Thank your Lord for our Claretian Missionary Vocation. May we indeed Radiant witnesses Of God's Love.

 * OPENING REMARKS OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE CHAPTER

Today, Sr. Jolanta Kafka formally opens the chapter with words of encouragement to all the participants. In her remarks, she reminds us of vocation experience that entails a growing desire for fidelity. Therefore we should never reject the various colors in our life of communion in our communities and in our mission where we share our charism with the lay collaborators for it is in our aim and goal, the manner of living is like walking pilgrims.


In the afternoon we have the election of the secretaries of both Japanese and English medium.


In the evening we have the opening mass for the chapter with Fr. Jose Marquez, CMF as our main celebrant.









On this day, we also celebrate the 84th birthday of Sr. Inocencia, the oldest Spanish missionary lives in the formation house of Quezon City.





XI PROVINCIAL CHAPTER

WALKING WITH THE CHURCH TOWARDS THE NEW EVANGELIZATION





We the EAST ASIA PROVINCE celebrates the 11th Provincial chapter on July 30 - August 8, 2018, in Quezon City - Philippines,  with the theme WALKING WITH THE CHURCH TOWARD THE NEW EVANGELIZATION.
With this theme, we hope to evaluate our life as a province in these last three years and plan for the future of our province for the years to come.







Chapter Hall is ready for the event









This hall is prepared to accommodate the chapter members. There are 33 participants in this chapter, composed of 30 sisters, 2 lay collaborators, and 1 translator for Japanese speaking sisters.







JULY 30, 2018





All the participants gathered in Lanai for the general orientation at 8:30 a.m.







Sr. Jolanta Kafka, our general superior gives the general orientation for the Rules of the chapter. 









Right after the orientation, Sr. Jolanta leads the recollection for all the participants with the theme " Jesus Discernment" All the participants are invited to reflect and to identify their own experience of discernment with that of Jesus and learn from Him to make discernment as our way of living.
